Depatuxizumab is a brain-penetrant and humanized tumor-specific anti EGFR monoclonal antibody. Depatuxizumab inhibits the growth of xenograft models of mutant EGFRvIII and wild-type EGFR.
Human ERBB1/EGFR/HER1 at 2 μg/mL can bind Depatuxizumab, EC50=0.01559 μg/mL. Human EGFR CHO-K cells were stained with depatuxizumab and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=34.40 nM.
