Method Wound healing assays
Cell Lines human pancreatic cancer cells (Panc-1)
Concentrations 10 ug/mL
Incubation Time 12 h
Results Leukamenin E induced an inhibitory e ect on the migration of HUVECs and Panc-1 cells using both transwell and wound healing assay.
Protocol (for reference only)
Cell Experiment
Cell lines CD34+ EPCs
Preparation method Briefly, treated CD34+ EPCs were seeded in 12-well plates to create a confluent monolayer. Once they reached 90% confluency, the cell monolayer was firstly treated with mitomycin c (final concentration at 10 µg/mL; AbMole Bioscience #M5791) for 2 h before scratching with a sterile p100 pipette tip, followed by cell washing with PBS twice before changing to complete EGM.
Concentrations 10 µg/mL
Incubation time 2 h
Animal Experiment
Animal models Female athymic nude foxn1nu mice
Formulation Saline
Dosages 20 µg/mL (3 mL)
Administration Intraperitoneal infusion (40 min)
Chemical Information
Molecular Weight 334.37
Formula C15H18N4O5
CAS Number 50-07-7
Solubility (25°C) DMSO 50 mg/mL

Mizoribine

Mizoribine (Bredinin) is an imidazole nucleoside and an immunosuppressive agent with an IC50 of approximately 100 μM. Mizoribine inhibits replication of SARS-CoV with IC50s of 3.5 μg/mL and 16 μg/mL for SARS-CoV Frankfurt-1 and SARS-CoV HKU39849, respectively.

Capecitabine

Capecitabine is an orally-administered chemotherapeutic agent. Capecitabine is a precursor, that is enzymatically converted to 5-fluorouracil in the tumor, where it inhibits DNA synthesis and slows growth of tumor tissue. Capecitabine may inhibit cytochrome CYP2C9 enzyme, and therefore increase levels of substrates such as phenytoin and other substrates of CYP2C9.
