Eblasakimab is a potential first-in-class, novel monoclonal antibody that targets the IL-13 receptor alpha 1 subunit (IL-13Rα1) and inhibits signaling of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-13. It can be used in studies related to atopic dermatitis (AD).
