Streptozocin (STZ) is an antineoplastic antibiotic. This N-nitroso-containing compound acts as a nitric oxide donor in pancreatic islets. It is a methylnitrosourea attached to a single molecule of glucosamine and has a high affinity for the cell surface glucose transporter glucose transporter type 2 (GLUT2), which is highly expressed on beta cells of the islets of Langerhans. Streptozocin is used in experimental animal models of induced diabetes.
Solution is extremely unstable at room temperature, and can be decomposed into gas and volatilized after half an hour, freshly prepared is recommended.

| D-Galactosamine hydrochloride
D-Galactosamine hydrochloride is usually used with lipopolysaccharides (LPS) to induce models of acute hepatic failure (LPS/D-GalN-induced liver injury, hepatitis) for therapeutic research. |
| Doxorubicin HCL
Doxorubicin HCl (Adriamycin, DOX, RP 13057) hydrochloride is an antibiotic-like agent that inhibits DNA topoisomerase II and induces DNA damage and apoptosis. |
| Stzocin
Streptozotocin (Streptozocin; STZ; Stzocin) is an antibiotic widely used in experimental animal models of induced diabetes. Streptozotocin enters B cells via the glucose transporter (GLUT2) and causes the alkylation of DNA ( DNA-methylating ). Streptozotocin can induce the apoptosis of β cells. *The compound is unstable in solutions, freshly prepared is recommended |
| Bleomycin sulfate
Bleomycin sulfate (Blenoxane) is a glycopeptide antitumor antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces verticillus. |

| Loperamide hydrochloride
Loperamide hydrochloride is a high affinity μ-opioid receptor agonist with peripheral selectivity with Ki values of 2, 48 and 1156 nM for μ-, δ- and κ-opioid receptors respectively. Loperamide hydrochloride is also a selective and competitive human intestinal carboxylesterases (hiCE) inhibitor. It can be used to construct animal models of functional constipation. |

| Cysteamine hydrochloride
Cysteamine HCl, the hydrochloride form of Cysteamine, is also a transglutaminase 2 (TGM2) inhibitor, which can be used to induce gastrointestinal disorders in a mouse model as well as a duodenal ulcer model. In addition, Cysteamine HCl has the ability to modulate the activity of dopamine neurons in the striatum of awake, freely moving rats by inhibiting the increased dopamine release from amphetamine, and has antioxidant activity. |
| Deoxycorticosterone acetate
Deoxycorticosterone acetate, an adrenocorticotropic hormone and also a precursor of aldosterone, as well as a salicorticoid receptor (MR) agonist, can be used to construct rat models of hypertension. |
